Born in the mid-sixties by the creativity of the hardworking families Lodato and Senesi, Annalisa has evolved in harmony with the time changes while preserving intact the memory of the traditional tastes, affirming its presence on the market in a continuous growing trend. A trend established in 1965 with the transformation in Group and the progressive entry into foreign markets, up to 50% of production exported nowadays. Annalisa products reach more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Oceania. Development facilitated by significant investments in technological innovation, with the extension and adaptation of two production plants in Castel San Giorgio (80,000 sqm) and Oliveto Citra (25,000 sqm) to high national and international quality standards: the whole Annalisa production cycle has been certified ISO 9001:2008, the environmental impact of all processes has the ISO 14001:2004 certification.

The quality and freshness of Annalisa products go hand in hand with respect to safety and hygiene rules that characterize the entire production: from the rapid, accurate selection of vegetables, legumes and non-GM fruit, coming from land with integrated cultivation, to the pasteurization and sterilization processes in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities without the addition of additives, to the choice of packaging, storage and transportation, every single step is monitored according to the criteria of traceability.
